Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of an evaluation fee within 14 days of purchase provided no trade has been placed on the account.

Once the first trade is placed, the evaluation is considered used and the fee is no longer refundable under the standard window.

Traders who reach funded status receive their evaluation fee back together with their first approved payout.

If a platform fault on our side prevents you from trading and cannot be resolved, we will reissue the account or refund the fee at your choice.

Refunds are not available where an account was terminated for rule violations, fraud or chargeback abuse.

Email support from your registered address with your order reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
